Unlock the guidelines implemented in UP and Delhi from today, permission to open cinemas and stadiums somewhere
New unlocking guidelines have been implemented in UP and Delhi as of today. Under this, permission will be given to open multiplex movie theaters, gymnasiums, and stadiums in UP, while sports complexes and stadiums will open in Delhi from today.
In addition to reducing the impact of the Corona epidemic in the country, the process of unlocking the guidelines has also begun. States are easing restrictions at their own level. In Jammu and Kashmir, including Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Karnataka, the crown lock is being relaxed again and establishments are being opened according to people's facilities.
Opening of gym-cinema hall in UP
Starting today, multiplex cinemas, gyms, and stadiums will open in the UP. Cinemas were also allowed to reopen in compliance with the Kovid protocol. Head of State Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari issued new guidelines on Sunday.
Additional Interior Secretary General Avnish Kumar Awasthi said the government has decided to open movie theaters, multiplex movie theaters, gymnasiums, and sports stadiums starting Monday according to Kovid protocol. He said that except for the Containment Zone, movie theaters, multiplex movie theaters, gyms, and sports arenas have been able to open five days a week (Monday through Friday) in the state.
He said the pool will remain closed as before until further orders. He said that the Kovid help desk will be held at the front door of these places with a pulse oximeter, thermometer, and disinfectant. Apart from this, it will be mandatory to follow the necessary rules as a mask, a distance of two yards.
Stadiums reopen in Delhi
Similarly, the Delhi government has also allowed stadiums and sports complexes to open without spectators. According to the order issued by DDMA on Sunday, it will be necessary to strictly follow the SOP and other guidelines related to Kovid-19 when opening the stadium and sports complexes.
The order said that the ban on cinemas, multiplexes, swimming pools, spas, schools and colleges, social, political, cultural, religious, and other types of gatherings will continue as before. At the same time, the Delhi metro and public transport buses will continue to operate at 50 percent capacity.
Corona cases are continuously declining in Delhi and the situation is improving now. But instructions have also been given to use full care and vigilance to control Kovid-19. In the past 24 hours, 94 new cases of Kovid-19 were reported in Delhi, seven patients died, and the infection rate was 0.13 percent.
Last week, the DDMA allowed gyms and yoga institutes to open at 50 percent capacity. Along with this, marriage ceremonies were allowed to take place in procession houses and hotels with 50 percent capacity.
Permission to open temple
With the effect of the waning of the crown in Karnataka, some activities have been allowed to resume. As of today, new rules for the opening of religious establishments and marriage ceremonies have come into effect. Now 100 people have been allowed to attend weddings. Also, temples will be open for darshan only, no services will be allowed there.
Weekend Lockdown removed from 13 districts
New unlocking rules have come into effect in Jammu and Kashmir as of today. It has been decided to remove the weekend closure of 13 districts of the Union Territory. But in these districts also the night curfew will continue from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. as before.
Apart from this, the rules for opening shops and markets have also been relaxed. It will be necessary to follow Kovid's protocol here. As of now, the weekend closure has been removed in 13 districts including Jammu, Kathua, Poonch, Udhampur, Anantnag, Budgam.
